Due to the growing number of employees the company is failing to provide proper accommodation to the employees. Project outcome and production are completely dependent upon the skill of the employees however due to non-preferable working environment they are failing to meet their aim. It is expected that the new office renovation project will successfully give the employees a very good working environment. In order to make the necessary changes in the office different components are required to be considered by the project manager. Through the utilization of accurate tools and methodological frameworks the office can be rebuilt successfully and eventually. Equipment damage: The refurbishment cannot be done without the presence of proper civil and mechanical equipments.
